I am Jacqueline Pena Treftlin the CEO of the First Avenue Tax and Realty Inc. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at California State University Long Beach, Ca. I am an Enrolled Agent licensed by the IRS. Only Enrolled Agents, Attorneys, and CPAs have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. I can prepare taxes anywhere in the United States. I was a staff accountant for 6 years at an engineering company. Then I led the accounting department of an investment firm for 10 years. I've been enjoying preparing taxes for over 17 years. I get certified every year and I continue to educate myself to make sure that I am updated with the latest tax laws and regulations. I love helping my clients get their maximum refund and help them save money. I like to face my clients at the end of the year knowing that I did them a favor by doing their taxes the legal way.
